Flat Rock Speedway

Sunday, April 14 -- Over 40 race teams flooded into Flat Rock on Saturday, April 14th for the first session of the 2024 season at Flat Rock! An action-filled practice session saw teams work through warming temperatures in their first chance to tune their cars on-track in anticipation of Opening Day at Flat Rock - Saturday, May 4th.

In addition to local division stars, notable touring series drivers also made an appearance on-track with unique cars, as a preview to what's to come in 2024. Drivers from the Midwest Classic Racers Dwarf Cars, as well as the ASA JEGS/CRA series came to Flat Rock on a beautiful Saturday.

The next and final practice is set for Saturday, April 27.

The racing season begins on Saturday, May 4th with Opening Day at Flat Rock Speedway, so feel free to click the link here for more information on a big 2024 schedule of events in Metro Detroit's home track.
