    (January 2, 2023): Flat Rock Speedway sets the stage for Top Gear's "American Tuned" this week. 

    Taking the spotlight is a 1995 BMW 325 that has been converted into a 1200bhp street-legal go-kart by owner Carl Balzer.

    Top Gear's Tuning Correspondent, Monroe-native Rob Dahm, is at the wheel of the car, testing its limits and demonstrating its capabilities.
