Flat Rock Opening Day Revealed!
(November 16, 2023) -- Flat Rock’s 2024 racing season will begin on Saturday, May 4th at 4 PM EST with Opening Day at the Level Pebble!
The full racing calendar for the 2024 racing season is expected to be announced in mid-December. Stick with flatrockspeedway.com and toledospeedway.com for coming updates.
Opening Day will begin Flat Rock’s 72nd season of action, one that will see a weekly racing program that will continue throughout the summertime with some big races upcoming on the schedule.
Featured action on May 4th will include racing from the Outlaw Super Late Models, Street Stocks, and Figure 8 divisions at the Motor City’s Home Track.
Practice days for the 2024 season will proceed Opening Day at Flat Rock, with events on Saturday, April 20th and Saturday, April 27th.
Last year’s Opening Day at Flat Rock included an action-packed win from Justin Claucherty in the Outlaw Super Late Models, as well as a drought-snapping B-Main Street Stock win by Troy Brehmer. Jeremy Vanderhoof would take his first win of the year in the A-Main Street Stocks division, and Greg Studt would close out the afternoon with a win in the Figure-8 division.
